It is with great regret that I must announce that Game Cellar is going out of business and will be closing permanently. We all had a great time up to now since opening in May 2005. Unfortunately, in the end the overhead to run this type of business on regular day to day basis became significantly higher than the income we could generate to keep it open in Red Lion.
We appreciate all the business. I personally have a lot of great memories of the fun times at GC especially from the overnights (when I was awake), Frag Fest, WCG Halo 2 Tournament, and the list goes on. So from everyone here at GC hopefully we'll still see you from time to time - it is a small world after all - but if not thanks for everything!
With all that being said I'm sure there's a good amount of you out there wondering what are we going to do with all those gaming systems, games, TV's, etc. We're selling them of course. So if you're interested in any of the games/equipment then send an email to admin@gamecellar.net with an email address you can be reached back at and we will email you a list of everything that is left for sale as a pdf file. If you need the list sent in another format please state that in the email.

Title: Halo 3 Maps Sneak Peak Video

Been wondering whats going on with Halo 3? There hasn't been much news surrounding the game itself, be it campaign or multiplayer mode(s). Well watch
this video and give yourself something more to look forward to. You'll get an in depth look at a few of the new multiplayer maps for Halo 3. The new Valhalla map aka Coagulation aka Blood Gulch looks like it got quite a makeover and in all the good ways.
So kick back and watch this short look at some of the new maps, because it doesn't look like the game will be out until next Holiday season.

Title: Overnight LAN this Friday

Wow Thanksgiving is already here and its almost the end of the month. You know what that means right? Our monthly Overnight LAN party where we game from 8pm - 9am through the night will be this weekend on Friday. Please take notice that it is on Friday and not Saturday this month.
A note on reserving gaming stations: If you want to reserve a PC, XBOX, or anything for the whole night (uninterrupted) you can but there's one catch - YOU MUST SIGN UP AT LEAST 6 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
So go fill up on Thanksgiving Turkey and all the good stuff this Thursday and get ready to LAN all Friday night. The event will include 2
FREE drinks and pizza plus random door prizes for overnight contest winners.

Title: New Winter Hours

So were changing our hours once again for the winter season. We will no longer be open on Mondays and also throughout the week we will open at 3:30PM. All of the closing times and weekend hours are the same. These new hours will be
effective Monday, November 6, 2006. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Title: halloWAN weekend

Halloween weekend is upon us and it's time to celebrate with a 14 hour LAN party. Yeah I typed right - 14 hours - not 12 - not 13 - but 14 hours. 8PM - 9AM with an EXTRA special hour from daylight savings time. So don't forget to turn those clocks back this weekend and stop down at Game Cellar to check out the new Battlefield 2142! The all new Titan mode is killer.
